Ingredients

Tortilla bowl

  • 1 Whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Greek Salad

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Onion
  • 10 Kalamata black olives
  • 50 gm Feta cheese

Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

Tortilla Bowl

  • Preheat oven to 200°C
  • Coat the inside of an oven safe bowl with olive oil. Gently press tortilla inside bowl.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until evenly browned. Let tortilla bowl cool in bowl for 5 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, chop veggies and olives. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.

Vinaigrette Dressing

  • In a bowl, prepare the vinaigrette dressing by combining all the ingredients vigorously with a whisk till you get a thick dressing. Now all your ingredients are ready.

Assembling the Greek Salad Bowl

  • Finally, mix in all the salad components carefully in the tortilla bowl.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving. Sprinkle oregano on top.
