Ingredients

Guacamole

  • 1 Avocado mashed
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 Red Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Tortilla Chips

  • 2 Wholemeal tortillas
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Preparing tortilla chips

  • Preheat oven to 200C.
    Cut each tortilla into 8 triangle wedges.
  • Brush each of the wedges with olive oil.

  • Spread the wedges on a baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with Salt and bake until golden brown.

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Start by mashing the avocado to the desired consistency in a bowl.

  • Add tomato, onion, cilantro, lime, garlic, salt and pepper to the avocado, and mix well.
