Instructions
Preparing tortilla chips
Preheat oven to 200C.
Cut each tortilla into 8 triangle wedges.
Brush each of the wedges with olive oil.
Spread the wedges on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Salt and bake until golden brown.

Start by mashing the avocado to the desired consistency in a bowl.
Add tomato, onion, cilantro, lime, garlic, salt and pepper to the avocado, and mix well.
