Ingredients

Salad

  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 Onion cut into small pieces
  • 12 Kalamata olives pitted
  • 100 g Greek Feta cheese cubed

Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients.
    Greek Salad Skewers
  • Assemble the Greek salad skewer, by layering a tomato, an onion piece, then a cucumber slice, then an olive. Finally add then Greek feta cube.

  • Repeat for the rest of the skewers.
    Drizzle the dressing over the skewers, and enjoy.
