Instructions
In a serving plate, create a bed of the arugula or watercress.
Then add the roasted beetroots, green apple, pear, orange, crumbled Goat cheese, walnuts.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
Finally drizzle the dressing.
Serve & enjoy.
