Instructions
Roast beetroot in Airfryer or oven.
The Dressing
In a small jar, add the dressing ingredients & shake well till incorporated.
Assembling the Salad
In a bowl, add the arugula, roasted beetroots, onion & clementine.
Add the chopped walnuts into the salad.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Serve & enjoy.
