½cupGhee
1tspYeast

3tbspWarm Water
½tspCinnamon

Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the ghee until almost boiling.
Meanwhile, In a small bowl mix honey with the warm water. Then stir in the yeast.
Add the flour, corn starch, cinnamon, cloves and salt into a bowl.
Add the ghee to the dry ingredients bowl and knead by hand until smooth. Then add in the yeast mix, vanilla and knead again till there are no clumps.
Preheat oven to 180°C.Using a kahk mould, add a little of dough. Then add a piece of chopped walnuts. Press on top more dough. And voila, your cookie is ready.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden.
Garnish
To prepare the powdered sugar, pour the fructose sugar into a blender. Blend the sugar until it is fluffy powdered sugar.
Assembling
Let the cookies cool. Dust with generous amount of powdered sugar before serving.
