Ingredients

Gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats

Almonds

Hazelnuts

shredded coconut

Honey or maple syrup

Pinch of salt
Instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat, toss the oats, almonds, hazelnuts, and shredded coconut. Toast them for a few minutes.
Add the honey or maple syrup.
Stir frequently until the oats become dark golden brown and fragrant.
Remove from heat, and spread to cool on a parchment paper.
