Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Prepare your ingredients.
In a medium bowl, crumble the cheese using a fork then add the peppermint and 1 tsp olive oil. Stir well to combine.
Place a heaping teaspoon of the cheese mixture in the center of each square. Fold pastry over the filling, and seal edges with a fork.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with olive oil.
sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
