1cupSkimmed milk
4tbspChia seeds
1tbspHoney
1tspVanilla
1Mango
1tbspShredded coconut
Instructions
In a jar, add the chia seeds, honey, vanilla and milk. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2h.
Meanwhile, add mango into a blender and blend until smooth.Once chia pudding has set, start with creating alternative layers of the chia pudding and mango puree in a cup or jar.
Finally top with mango chunks. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.Serve and enjoy
Notes
You can easily swap the milk to any plant-based milk and the honey for maple syrup for a vegan version.
