Ingredients

  • cup Gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup Almonds
  • ¼ cup Hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, toss the oats, almonds, hazelnuts, and shredded coconut. Toast them for a few minutes.

  • Add the honey or maple syrup.

  • Stir frequently until the oats become dark golden brown and fragrant.

  • Remove from heat, and spread to cool on a parchment paper.
