Prepare your ingredients.
In a mixer bowl, add the softened butter and the powdered fructose sugar. Blend until creamy.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until the mixture is pale yellow.
On a low speed, slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
Now your dough is ready for shaping.
Up to your preference , divide the dough and add the cocoa powder into one part.
I tried two different shaping methods.Using a to press the cookies directly onto a baking sheet. Roll out dough using a rolling pin. Using your favorite cutters, cut shapes out of the dough.Transfer cookies onto a baking sheet. Transfer cookies onto a baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until the sides turn golden brown.Serve and enjoy!
