Flaky Vegan Pie Crust with Coconut Oil

- 1½ cup Wholemeal flour
- ½ cup Oats flour
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- salt
- ½ cup Coconut oil solid
- 15 tbsp Iced water
Place your dry ingredients into a bowl.
Add the coconut oil (must be solid) and mix until the mixture is crumbly. you can use your hands or a food processor.
Drizzle the iced water one tablespoon at a time, while shaping the dough with your hands. Stop adding water when the dough can roll easily into a ball.
Using a rolling pin roll it to a large circle, so that it can fit over your pie dish.
Carefully lift it up and place it over your pie dish, tucking along the sides of the pie dish.Place it in the fridge for a minimum of half an hour, till you are done with preparing your filling.This pie crust can be used with any type of filling including pumpkin, apple, etc.
