Salad
- 500 g Potatoes
- 50 g Radishes chopped
- ½ cup Dill chopped
- 1 tsp Chives optional
Dressing
- 200 g Low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Start by boiling the potatoes in a pot for around 15minutes until tender.Meanwhile, prepare the dressing, by mixing all the ingredients well in a small bowl. Finally In a bowl, add the chopped potatoes, radish & dill.
Add the dressing & mix well.
Garnish with the chopped chives.Serve and enjoy!
