Cheese balls

  • 2 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Spices & herbs

  • Black seeds
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Sumac
  • Za'tar
  • Oregano
  • Dried Peppermint

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the cottage cheese. Then add the olive oil and mix well using a fork.
  • With the help of a scoop, form the cottage cheese into balls.
