- 2 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Spices & herbs
- Black seeds
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Sumac
- Za'tar
- Oregano
- Dried Peppermint
In a bowl, add the cottage cheese. Then add the olive oil and mix well using a fork.
With the help of a scoop, form the cottage cheese into balls.
Roll the cottage cheese balls in your preferred herbs and spices.
