Medium Cabbage

Carrot

Low fat Greek yogurt

Apple cider Vinegar

Honey

Lemon juice

Pepper
Instructions
Start by shredding the cabbage finely, either by a knife, mandoline or a food processor.
Grate the carrot using a grater.
To prepare the dressing, in a small bowl, add Greek yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt & pepper. Whisk well until well combined.
In a large bowl, add the grated cabbage and carrot. Then add the dressing.
Mix well.
Serve and enjoy.
