Preheat oven to 200°C.In a large bowl, add the minced beef, onion, tomato, peppers and parsley and all the spices. Mix well. Using a sharp knife, cut open each pita halfway round creating a pocket.
Mix the butter and olive oil together. Brush the inside of each sandwich.
Add 2 tbsp of the meat mix and press down to fill out the entire base of the pita.
Brush the front and Back of the sandwich.
Wrap each sandwich with parchment paper, making sure all sides are covered.
Place the wrapped sandwiches on the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until the meat is fully cooked through. Remove the parchment paper and cook for another 10 minutes until the pita is crispy on both sides.
Serve with healthy garlic sauce, jalapenos and tomato garlic salad.
