2cupWholemeal flour
½cupBrown sugar
⅛cupButter
3Eggs
2tspBaking powder
2tbspCocoa powder
¼cupSkimmed milk or more as needed
1tspVanilla
1PinchSalt

Instructions
Preparing the cake
Preheat oven to 200C.Gather your ingredients.
In a large bowl, cream the butter with the sugar.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
In a seperate bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.Beat the flour mixture into the creamed mixture
Add milk into the batter.
Beat until you get the desired consistancy.
Turn ⅓ the batter into a bowl. Stir in the cocoa powder using a rubber spatula. You might need to add more milk, if it is too dry.
Turn half of the plain cake batter into a greased bundt pan. Top with cocoa batter. Then pour the remaining plain batter. Swirl the batters together using a spoon.
Bake in the preheated oven for around 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.Set aside to cool. Then invert on a wire rack till it completely cools.
