Simple and Crispy Hasselback Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 Potatoes
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves minced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
    Place each potato between two wooden spoons. Slice the potato into thin slices, the spoons will prevent you from cutting all the way through.
    Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, Whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano, thyme, and basil.

  • Brush each of the sliced potatoes with a generous amount of the mixture. Make sure to brush in between the slices.

  • Sprinkle with parmesan and place in oven until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
