- 180 g Light Labneh
- 2 Large garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Lime juice optional
- Salt
- Pepper
In a food processor, add the labneh, oil, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper.Pulse a few times until all ingredients have blended together. Do not over-blend. Transfer the sauce into a container and store in Fridge.Serve it as a dip, or as a sauce with your main course.
