¼cupWholemeal flour

Instructions
Marinate
In a resealable plastic bag, add chicken drumsticks, buttermilk and spices. Refrigerate overnight.
Coat and bake
Preheat oven to 200°C.In one plastic bag, Combine flour and seasoning. In another plastic bag, combine the panko breadcrumbs and seasoning.
Remove chicken from the buttermilk and dredge each piece in the seasoned flour or the seasoned panko breadcrumbs, depending on what you choose. Shake off any excess.
Transfer onto a prepared wire rack sitting atop a baking sheet. Spray the drumsticks with canola oil spray.
Bake until chicken drumsticks are golden and cooked through, flipping in between.Serve immediately, and enjoy!
