Place the chicken breasts in a ziplock bag. Add all the marinade ingredients, and mix well.Leave overnight in fridge.
Preheat oven to 200°C.Prepare your ingredients.
In a baking sheet, place two onions and insert skewers into them.
Stack the chicken slices on the skewers.
Finish by placing a tomato on top of the skewers to secure the stacked chicken.
Brush the chicken slices with olive oil.Drizzle the chopped veggie with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme.place onto the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for around 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked and slightly charred.
Serve and enjoy!
Prepare your tortilla wrap ingredients.
On one edge of the tortilla place a bit of the Homemade garlic sauce, followed by the chicken slices mixed with veggies. Then sprinkle the shredded cheese and jalapenos on top.
