Instructions
Prepare your ingredients.
Fill a large bowl with warm water.
Submerge a rice paper for 2 seconds.
Place the rice paper on a board. Place the veggies on top.
Fold the left and right side of the rice paper in. Then starting from the bottom roll up firmly.
In a bowl, add the peanut sauce ingredients, mix well.
Adjust the thickness with water.
Serve the rolls with the peanut sauce immediately.
