Ingredients

Rice Rolls

  • 12 Rice paper sheets
  • 1 Red pepper thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Red cabbage thinly sliced
  • ½ cup White Cabbage thinly sliced
  • 2 Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 Carrot thinly sliced
  • Sesame seeds

Peanut Sauce

  • ¼ cup Homemade Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Prepare your ingredients.

  • Fill a large bowl with warm water.
    Submerge a rice paper for 2 seconds.

  • Place the rice paper on a board. Place the veggies on top.

  • Fold the left and right side of the rice paper in. Then starting from the bottom roll up firmly.

  • In a bowl, add the peanut sauce ingredients, mix well.
    Adjust the thickness with water.
    Serve the rolls with the peanut sauce immediately.
