Ingredients

  • 1 l Skimmed milk
  • 6 tbsp Whole wheat flour or Oats flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 7 Spice Blend

Instructions

  • Heat ¾L milk in a saucepan till warm. Don't overheat.
  • Add the flour into the milk, and whisk relatively quickly till the sauce thickens. Mix in the spices. Then add the remaining ¼L to the thickened sauce and leave till it boils.
  • Use it in preparing béchamel, alfredo sauce and au gratin dishes.
