Broccoli
Steam the broccoli in a steamer. Or alternatively, you can use a colander along with a pot filled with boiled water.Your broccoli is ready, when you can pierce the stems with a fork.If you want to skip this step, you can use frozen broccoli instead.
Béchamel Sauce
Prepare the Béchamel Sauce as described. Then stir in the blue cheese.
Assembling the Casserole
Place the Broccoli in the casserole, then add the béchamel Sauce on top.
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, or till top is golden brown.
