Ingredients

  • 1 kg Broccoli florets

Béchamel Sauce 

  • 1 l Skimmed milk
  • 6 tbsp Oat or whole wheat flour
  • 100 gm Blue cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 7 Spice blend

Instructions

Broccoli

  • Steam the broccoli in a steamer. Or alternatively, you can use a colander along with a pot filled with boiled water.
    Your broccoli is ready, when you can pierce the stems with a fork.
    If you want to skip this step, you can use frozen broccoli instead.

Béchamel Sauce 

Assembling the Casserole

  • Place the Broccoli in the casserole, then add the béchamel Sauce on top.

  • Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, or till top is golden brown.
