Instructions
Preheat oven to 200C.
Prepare your ingredients.
Grease a glass baking dish, and scatter them the pitted cherries over the bottom of the dish, covering it entirely in a single layer.
In a blender, add the eggs, milk, butter, sugar and vanilla.
Blend until smooth.
Add the flour into the blender and mix again.
Pour the batter slowly over the cherries.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the clafoutis is nicely golden and well set.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
Enjoy it warm or cold.
