Instructions
Cook the
quinoa
as described.
Salad Dressing
Whisk the oil and lime juice rapidly, till they are mixed together.
Then stir in the salt, pepper and cumin. Set aside.
Assembling the Salad
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Drizzle with the dressing and toss.
