The Best Pan Seared Honey Soy Glazed Salmon Steak
Salmon is one of my all-time favorite, packed with nutrients, easy to prepare and most important super delicious. These salmon steaks were cooked to perfection in a mouthwatering honey soy sauce. This recipe will just blow your mind.
The Best Honey Soy Glazed Salmon Steak

Materials
- 4 Salmon steaks
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 4 Garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 4 Lemons thinly sliced
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
Instructions
- Season the salmon steaks on both sides with salt, pepper and paprika. Set aside for 15 minutes.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the salmon and cook until bottom is golden, 5 minutes, then flip and cook the other side. Remove onto a plate.
- Add the thinly sliced garlic to the skillet, and sauté for about a minute, until fragrant.
- Add in the honey. Stir for short.
- Pour in the soy sauce, lemon juice. stir well to combine all of the flavors together.Add the lemon slices.
- Finally add the salmon steaks to the pan. Cook until salmon is cooked through, and sauce thickens. Flip in between, and spoon sauce over salmon.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
