Air Fryer Egg Muffins

Materials
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Tomato diced
- ¼ cup Onion diced
- ¼ cup Fresh Spinach chopped
- ¼ cup Light Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp Skimmed milk
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk, tomatoes, onions and spinach.
- Add shredded cheese, salt and pepper. Then whisk again.
- Add into silicon muffin mold.
- Place the silicon molds in the air fryer's basket.
- Bake at 180°C, for around 10minutes until golden and cooked through.
