Easy Greek Salad Skewers

Prepared with simple ingredients and in a short time, Greek Feta skewers are the perfect appetizer or light side dish.
Easy Greek Salad Skewers

Materials
Salad
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 1 Onion cut into small pieces
- 12 Kalamata olives pitted
- 100 g Greek Feta cheese cubed
Vinaigrette Dressing
- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tbsp Vinegar
- ½ tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Assemble the Greek salad skewer, by layering a tomato, an onion piece, then a cucumber slice, then an olive. Finally add then Greek feta cube.
- Repeat for the rest of the skewers. Drizzle the dressing over the skewers, and enjoy.
