Healthier No-Bake Cheesecake Jars
Yield: 1 Jar
Materials
- 3 Digestive biscuits
- 50 g Light cream cheese
- 1/8 tsp Stevia
- 3 Blueberries plus more for garnish
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Toppings
- Granola
- Blueberries
Instructions
- In a food processor, crush the biscuits into crumbs.In a bowl, add the cream cheese, blueberries & stevia. Beat with a hand mixer.
- Spoon a generous spoonful of the biscuit crumbs into each jar.
- Pipe the cream cheese mixture on the top of of biscuit crumbs in each jar. Repeat adding one more layer of biscuit crumbs & another layer of cream mixture.
- Finally add your preferred toppings
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
