Healthier No-Bake Cheesecake Jars

Materials

  • 3 Digestive biscuits
  • 50 g Light cream cheese
  • 1/8 tsp Stevia
  • 3 Blueberries plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Toppings

  • Granola
  • Blueberries

Instructions

  • In a food processor, crush the biscuits into crumbs.
    In a bowl, add the cream cheese, blueberries & stevia. Beat with a hand mixer.
  • Spoon a generous spoonful of the biscuit crumbs into each jar.
  • Pipe the cream cheese mixture on the top of of biscuit crumbs in each jar. Repeat adding one more layer of biscuit crumbs & another layer of cream mixture.
  • Finally add your preferred toppings
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
