Heavenly Guacamole with Homemade Tortilla Chips
Guacamole, this wholesome Mexican dip is one of my all-time favorites. Super easy & quick to prepare yet full of flavor.
I paired it with homemade tortilla chips for an ultimate chip n’ dip platter.
You can make Guacamole smooth or chunky depending on your taste.
Heavenly Guacamole with Homemade Tortilla Chips
Yield: 4 People

Materials
Guacamole
- 1 Avocado mashed
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- 1 Red Onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Cilantro finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- Salt
- Pepper
Tortilla Chips
- 2 Wholemeal tortillas
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
Preparing tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 200C.Cut each tortilla into 8 triangle wedges.
- Brush each of the wedges with olive oil.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet.Sprinkle with Salt and bake until golden brown.
preparing the guacamole
- Gather your ingredients.
- Start by mashing the avocado to the desired consistency in a bowl.
- Add tomato, onion, cilantro, lime, garlic, salt and pepper to the avocado, and mix well.
- Serve with the homemade tortilla chips.
