Materials
Base salad
- 150 g Arugula or watercress
- 2 Large beetroots
- 1 Green apple thinly sliced
- 1 Pear thinly sliced
- 1 Small orange cubed
- 50 g Goat cheese
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
The dressing
- 3 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a serving plate, create a bed of the arugula or watercress.
- Then add the roasted beetroots, green apple, pear, orange, crumbled Goat cheese, walnuts.
- In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients. Set aside.Finally drizzle the dressing.
