Most store-bought granola cereals are loaded with sugar and saturated fats. This is an amazingly easy and quick method to prepare healthy homemade granola. It is is refined sugar-free, gluten-free and oil-free. In addition, It can be simply prepared vegan by replacing the honey with maple syrup.

Materials

  • cup Gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup Almonds
  • ¼ cup Hazelnuts
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, toss the oats, almonds, hazelnuts, and shredded coconut. Toast them for a few minutes.
