5-Minute Skillet Crunchy Granola (Gluten, Refined sugar and Oil free)
Most store-bought granola cereals are loaded with sugar and saturated fats. This is an amazingly easy and quick method to prepare healthy homemade granola. It is is refined sugar-free, gluten-free and oil-free. In addition, It can be simply prepared vegan by replacing the honey with maple syrup.

Materials
- 1½ cup Gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats
- ¼ cup Almonds
- ¼ cup Hazelnuts
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 3 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, toss the oats, almonds, hazelnuts, and shredded coconut. Toast them for a few minutes.
- Add the honey or maple syrup.
- Stir frequently until the oats become dark golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove from heat, and spread to cool on a parchment paper.
- Enjoy it!
