Materials
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Skimmed Milk
- 3 tsp Black Tea
- ½ tsp Ginger
- 2 Cardamom Pods cracked open
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 10 Cloves
- Sugar or Honey optional
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients.
- In a pot, bring water to boil. Then add the tea and all the spices. Leave on a low heat for 10 minutes. Then add the milk, and bring it to a simmer once more.
- Strain into cups, and sweeten (optional).Serve it with medjool dates.

You can alter the amount of water and milk according to how strong you prefer your tea.
