Delicious Lighter Egyptian Petit four (Butter Cookies)

Petit fours/ Butter cookies are another popular feast staple in Egypt. They are melt in the mouth buttery kind of cookies. They are fun to make, with endless types of variations in shapes and toppings. You won’t be able to resist eating them.

I made some healthier swaps which increased the nutritional value and reduced the extra calories while maintaining the same amazing taste and texture of petit fours.
