Tasty and Easy Healthy Garlicky Labneh Dip (Mayo Substitute)
This healthy garlicky sauce (Toum) is fantastic in serving as a condiment with meats or as a dip for parties and snacks. It is super quick and easy to prepare. All you need to prepare this delicious sauce is 3 main ingredients and a food processor. I usually keep a batch of this sauce handy, stored in the fridge to use when needed.

Materials
- 180 g Light Labneh
- 2 Large garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Lime juice optional
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the labneh, oil, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper.Pulse a few times until all ingredients have blended together. Do not over-blend.
- Transfer the sauce into a container and store in Fridge.Serve it as a dip, or as a sauce with your main course.
