Vegan Dark Chocolate Digestive Biscuits
These homemade digestive biscuits are a delicious combination of wheat and oats flour smothered in dark chocolate. Moreover, they are vegan and made entirely of healthy ingredients. On top of that, they are absolutely delicious, they have the perfect crisp texture that none can resists.

Vegan Dark Chocolate Digestive Biscuits

Materials
The Biscuits
- 1½ Cup Whole wheat flour
- ½ Cup Rolled Oats flour grinded
- ¼ Cup Coconut oil softened
- ¼ Cup Fine Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ¾ cup Light coconut milk
- 1 Pinch Salt
The Topping
- Dark chocolate melted
Instructions
preparing the biscuits
- Preheat oven to 200°C.Gather your ingredients.
- In a bowl with stand mixer, cream together coconut oil and sugar until fluffy.
- In another bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, oats flour, baking powder, salt.Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed sugar, beating to blend.
- Gradually add the milk just until the dough comes together. Stop adding as soon as it has come to a ball of dough.
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll over the dough using a rolling pin.
- Using the cookie cutters, cut the biscuits into shapes.
- Place the biscuits onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and into the preheated oven.
- Bake for around 15 minutes or until they are golden brown.
- Set aside to cool. Then start coating the biscuits with melted dark chocolate according to your preference.
- Serve and enjoy with your favorite hot drink.
