This mango chia pudding is super healthy, easy and quick to prepare. It can be the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert in hot summer days.

Materials
- 1 cup Skimmed milk
- 4 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Mango
- 1 tbsp Shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a jar, add the chia seeds, honey, vanilla and milk. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2h.
- Meanwhile, add mango into a blender and blend until smooth.Once chia pudding has set, start with creating alternative layers of the chia pudding and mango puree in a cup or jar.
- Finally top with mango chunks. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.Serve and enjoy
Notes
- You can easily swap the milk to any plant-based milk and the honey for maple syrup for a vegan version.
