Materials
- 1 kg Half shell mussels cleaned
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 Garlic cloves minced
- ½ tbsp Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Dill finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place the mussels in a colander under running water. Use your hand to remove any debris that can be on the shells.Set aside to dry.Gather the rest of the ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 200C.Meanwhile prepare your topping.In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients.
- Then add the olive oil and lemon and mix well.
- Grease a baking sheet and spread the mussels.
- Fill each mussel with the bread crumbs mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven covered for 10-15 minutes.Then continue baking uncovered till it is golden brown.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
