Easy Muhammara Dip (Vegan, Gluten-free and Paleo)
Muhammara is a popular Middle Eastern spicy roasted peppers/ walnut dip. It is healthy, flavorsome and easy to prepare.
Normally muhammara is prepared using roasted peppers, breadcrumbs, walnuts and spices. However, I preferred to prepare it low calorie/ gluten-free leaving out the breadcrumbs. I reached the desired texture using the pomegranate molasses and walnuts.
Enjoy it as a sauce or served with veggies, tortilla chips or crostini.
