Healthy Homemade Cottage Cheese Balls

These balls are quite easy and quick to make, where cottage cheese is shaped into balls and simply rolled in colorful herbs and spices. The herbs and spices make the cottage cheese quite flavorful and delicious.
Not to mention, cottage cheese is nutrient-dense and is the perfect choice either if you wanna build muscles, or lose weight.
Enjoy it on its own, or serve it with sliced baguette or tortilla chips.
Healthy Homemade Cottage Cheese Balls

Materials
Cheese balls
- 2 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Spices & herbs
- Black seeds
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Sumac
- Za'tar
- Oregano
- Dried Peppermint
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the cottage cheese. Then add the olive oil and mix well using a fork.
- With the help of a scoop, form the cottage cheese into balls.
- Roll the cottage cheese balls in your preferred herbs and spices.
- Serve with tortilla chips.Enjoy!
