High Protein Coleslaw (Mayo-free)
This is a copycat KFC Coleslaw salad that you can indulge guilt-free. It is high protein, creamy & mayo-free. It can be the perfect side salad to any dish.
High Protein Coleslaw (Mayo-free)

Materials
- ½ Medium Cabbage
- 1 Carrot
- 200 g Low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Apple cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- ½ tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Start by shredding the cabbage finely, either by a knife, mandoline or a food processor.
- Grate the carrot using a grater.
- To prepare the dressing, in a small bowl, add Greek yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt & pepper. Whisk well until well combined.
- In a large bowl, add the grated cabbage and carrot. Then add the dressing.Mix well.
- Serve and enjoy.
