- 1 kg Broccoli florets
Béchamel Sauce
- 1 l Skimmed milk
- 6 tbsp Oat or whole wheat flour
- 100 gm Blue cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 7 Spice blend
Instructions
Broccoli
- Steam the broccoli in a steamer. Or alternatively, you can use a colander along with a pot filled with boiled water.Your broccoli is ready, when you can pierce the stems with a fork.If you want to skip this step, you can use frozen broccoli instead.
Béchamel Sauce
- Prepare the Béchamel Sauce as described. Then stir in the blue cheese.
Assembling the Casserole
- Place the Broccoli in the casserole, then add the béchamel Sauce on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes, or till top is golden brown.
