For the Crostini
- ½ Kraftkorn Baguette
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
For the Tapenade
- ½ cup Kalamata olives pitted
- 25 g Anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Capers
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt and Pepper if needed
Instructions
Crostini
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.Slice the baguette into thick slices. Lay the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush both sides with olive oil. Bake until golden. Set aside to cool.
Tapenade
- In the meantime, place all the tapenade ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Keep pulsing until all the ingredients are chopped and blended to a coarse paste.Serve with the freshly baked crostini.
