Materials
Rice Rolls
- 12 Rice paper sheets
- 1 Red pepper thinly sliced
- ½ cup Red cabbage thinly sliced
- ½ cup White Cabbage thinly sliced
- 2 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 2 Carrot thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds
Peanut Sauce
- ¼ cup Homemade Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- ½ tsp Ginger
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Fill a large bowl with warm water. Submerge a rice paper for 2 seconds.
- Place the rice paper on a board. Place the veggies on top.
- Fold the left and right side of the rice paper in. Then starting from the bottom roll up firmly.
- In a bowl, add the peanut sauce ingredients, mix well. Adjust the thickness with water.Serve the rolls with the peanut sauce immediately.
